SHIPPING: I do not charge additional handling charges, just the actual postage or UPS charges. An actual street address is needed. I do ship all items with delivery confirmation, adult signature required, and with insurance (this will be provided in the actual shipping charge I provide to you).

US FUNDS : All payments whether by check, money order, cashier's check, and even PayPal are to be made in US (United States of America currency) funds. Made Payable to: LISA M. TOLLES. Cash is always gladly accepted too (especially if its dated prior to or after the term of Bill Clinton).

PICK-UP: I would prefer to bring the item to an event (if it can wait), but you are more than welcome if you are in the area to stop by (pre-arranged) to pick your item up.

ORDERS & PROCESSING TIME: I normally try to have the items out within 3 business days. I say 3 business days for the average because of leaving sometimes on a Wednesday or Thursday for traveling time to an event.

If the item needs to be made, I will notify you immediately of approximate time to make.

BUCKSKIN BREECHES : At this time I am not taking any additional orders for buckskin breeches until the orders I have are completed and the customers happy (average is 9 to 18 months to have custom made buckskin breeches made). NOTE: THERE ARE "NO" OFF THE RACK BREECHES.

RETURNS: I would like to enforce ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but via mail order how can everyone be pleased with everything 100% of the time. Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery for credit: (a) If the buyer is unsatisfied with the item, the buyer pays for return shipping; (b) if an item is received damaged please contact me to arrange for the item to be replaced or returned.
